- There is no ring when you call in. Wait for the voice to ask for your ID. Then enter the supplied demo ID number, followed by the #.
- You will be asked for your password. Enter this, followed by #.
- The system will respond to Control Keys at any time. These are listed below. The simplified version is dictate and hang-up.
Keypad Configuration for Dictation
This key pad can be customized to your liking or to imitate the one you are used to.

1. REWIND to the Beginning of the current Job
2. RECORD Record voice
3. Go to End of current Job
4. REWIND Until another command is entered
5. PLAY
6. FAST FORWARD Until another command is entered
7. PRIORITY On/Off Press to SET, Press again to CLEAR
8. STOP Also PAUSE when in Record Mode
9. SAVE the current Job and Start a New Job
#. SAVE current Job and Disconnect
